"Ini Oru Vidi Seivom" with care.

Namaste, Sat sree akal, Salaam allaikum, Vanakkam to all. Well about the heading up there in "Tamil" means we shall hence forth take an Oath & see to that we do it with care. What is it that we need to do with care? We always do many things without our knowledge. Yes, I know you'll ask me how do I have to make such a comment. How many of us concentrate on how many times we breathe? Hardly a few, not even me for sure. But why is it we never concentrate even our own breathing, which is the ultimate source of living? Because we have got so many things to mess up in our minds. Starting from the morning, we sit with a cup of milk or any drink & think so much about the day to come. The battle starts there.

Then as things get worse our own noises add to tension. The best example is the city traffic. Any guesses why a village is peaceful for our mind than city? Nothing but traffic. We hear buzzing noises of cars & trucks, people screaming at each other, sun god baking our heads all these add on so much of pressure that we just forget ourselves. School children are becoming prone to such chaos & unwanted tensions. This is just lack of concentration & building up of emotional issues wherein our mind becomes sluggish in taking decisions.

Ok, Solution??
I do have the best solution for it from where I started.

Breath as slowly as you can.
Think of what you are doing & yes it's your duty so nothing to get tensed.
Never shoot out while you are irritated by noise, take a deep breath.
Am I sounding like some Yoga class? No, I 'am not actually.
The reason for me to write this blog is for my own self. LOL :):)
I' am the most short tempered you might have seen.
Drink a lot of water, a lot I mean. Never mind about the excretion,
both your body & your mind Love water.
And what else, as the picture says let's move from Ignorance to Elegance.
Ini Oru Vidi Seivom. All the best folks!!! Please do wish me too....
Oh, ya ya Thank you so much I hear you. :):)
